I had a great time at the hotel. The staff was fantastic, especially Katerina and Mashid, always on the go to make sure everyone was taken care of. The room I initially had was noisy, but thanks to their help, I moved to a quieter room. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had comfy beds.
The hotel has a newly furbished bathroom with a walk-in shower, but it wasn't ready when we arrived. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome, especially Zehra and Velit. The location is great for exploring the town, with shops, restaurants, and supermarkets close by. The dining experience offers a variety of fresh hot and cold choices, but the hot veggie choices are limited. The facilities are stocked with soap and towels.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were simply stunning with a great shower and the most comfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel. However, being right at the front of the hotel overlooking a very noisy and busy street was a downside for me. The view of the pools from another block was great, and I was assured that all work on rooms would be finished by March, so no problems for future guests.
